Meet Sydnea, the founder of Creative Obsessions, a Brand and Web Strategy Firm dedicated to assisting brands in enhancing their connection with audiences through visual communications. Additionally, she is the visionary behind Bamboo Balance, a Yoga and Mindfulness company focused on teaching students of all ages and levels the art of being more mindful of their bodies.
As a Professor of graphic design and entrepreneurship at Howard University, Sydnea combines her love for design and creativity with her love for mindfulness to teach her students how to build fulfilling creative careers in the creative industry without stress and burnout.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Sydnea is an avid plant mom who is passionate about travel and has a penchant for conquering burpees on the Spartan Race course.
